I feel like writing something, but I also feel like it's been too long since my last post to really update my goings-on in-depth....so hmm. So I guess let's try a short list as a means of organization, shall we?
+ Have a 2nd on-campus job, going really swell...
++ and because of that job, I now will have 2 small projects in print and in circulation :D
-- Mei having issues because of her dad not letting her come back to Ringling next year D<
++ Having JUST found out that she is returning after all :D
- Was worried about keeping my guests satisfied during Spring Break
+ Was success.
- Couple really close calls with getting a car >:
+ Most definitely will get it in the summer.
- Summer plans are still iffy...in terms of summer coursing.
+ More than likely will be joining Jota Peh in Oregon and then hopefully Mass. for a while MUAHAHAHAHAHA!
+ Sis is in the college application process (aww), and was accepted to Ringling as a sophomore.
++ May be seriously considering it, and IF so, wants to live with me and Lindsay (double aww)
+ Just cut my hair again...shortest it's EVER EVER been EVAR.
Sooo other than hoping I raise my GPA at the end of this semester despite my slightly waning work ethic due to procrastination...I'd say life is pretty good. Yay for life being good. |

So, someone has been parking in the spot right outside our door that is reserved for me and my roommate...Though we both may have yet to get our cars leaving the spot temporarily empty, there is, however, a reason for the numerous "guest" spots in the lot. We don't know who 's it is, but sources suggest that the car may belong to our 2-doors-down neighbor's girlfriend. Either way it's annoying, and I have half the mind to put my pack of colored car window-vandalizing markers to good use.
Also, someone threw a mostly empty Sonic red slushie with limes inside, at our door. It was found on the ground outside our apartment, and red drip marks on the door itself (that's how we know it was thrown). My hopeful theory is that someone out there knows our anonymous car parking situation and sympathizes. They aimed at the sweet-ass car but instead hit the door. I forgive them...but only if it was actually for that far-fetched reason. If for any other reason...I will KILL you. No I won't. but geez....I'd love to know how that slushie cup ended up on our doorstep.
If anyone suggests that its mother abandoned it and it needs a home...I will KILL you. No I won't.
P.S. I registered successfully for my spring classes. Yay. Schedule coming soon I guess.

Looking online for an external hard drive to ask for for Christmas, preferably around 80-120 GB or so and also around or under the $100 range...
I've found some possibilities in either a SimpleTech brand or Western Digital. I've seen a lot of WDs around campus, and I might lean towards SimpleTech anyway. In anyone-with-experience-in-this-area's opinion, which brand should I go for, or is there another out there that meets my specifications?
I'd post pictures of the choices....but I ain't gonna. |

Two weeks left...yessss
My abs hurt....we've started doing these morning exercises where the counselors are up front and make up exercises/dance moves to danceable songs and the kids copy us...One of them included 10 sit-ups. It was later on that I discovered that not having done them since 10th grade really bites, for now my abs hurt like fucking hell and I can hardly lean back let alone sit up straight. My legs are sore too, having been very enthusiastic about this morning's activities...
Issues will be resolved soon, I hope. |

Ok, so once I return the fingerprints and the drug test results to the YMCA headquarters, and do a bit more of paperwork, I'll officially be a summer camp counselor beginning June 4. Whoot.
I didn't get the Pacsun job only because I was honest and told them I already had the summer camp job and I'd only be able to do evening and/or weekends. The other girl needed the job more than I did, so I'm ok with that arrangement.
Not much has happened so far, other the hanging outness with a few friends on a couple occasions, so more to come I hope. I also hope to visit DASH at one point and attempt to look for my SCHOLASTICS PIECE I HAVEN'T SEEN IN 1+ YEAR!!! It's a better chance it may be at my school....but then again it might even still be in New York, how the fuck am I supposed to know for sure...blah.
I've also yet to see Spiderman 3 and Hot Fuzz.....ideas anyone? |

As of today, my life will be considerably more busy but as a result I'll hopefully gain some maturity in the process.
I have the opportunity to do my first ever official paid commission job doing some coupon for some christian hispanic radio station/magazine company thanks to Brian Bertrand, Mr. Job Dude. First design job = frigging exciting but also = really frigging nervous because of my lack of experience and this thing just being pushed on me. Whoot anyway.
In other jobbish news: I'm gonna try to get at least one of two summer jobs if not both. The first, summer camp counselor. The second, something at Sunset Place, like Hot Topic hopefully. It'd totally rock if I could do both, but at least one would be awesome too.
I will definitely be obtaining my driver's license this summer, early if possible. However, can't really do it until I get my new replacement Learner's Permit within the week...hee. Gotta get some more practice in before the big test anyway. Also...I most likely will actually get the car my dad and stepmum have been trying to get...we weren't sure due to stepmum's brother being an ass about legal issues, but it's been discovered that anyone can purchase it, being government property and all...so whoot!
And after this productive summer, I will return to school early (August 5) so I can train and plan Orientation week for the following week, cuz I'm an Orientation Leader and stuff...hee. I will also begin my new on-campus job as Fitness Attendant, basically sitting at the desk in the gym and over-seeing the gym people and their working-outness. In addition to that, this year I was elected (without any opposition -_-) Sophomore Representative in Student Government Association...hey I felt like it....but yeah, next school year I'm gonna be plenty more involved with the school and stuff....yay!
Other than all that....I'm home....for 3 months....so look me the fuck up. |

Hi dudes,
Sorry to be bothering you guys about this, but I left 3 library books in the black cabinet in our lounge area and they'd been there a while. I was planning to return them today but when I checked the cabinet they had been taken out and only 1 of those 3 was left on top of it. I need to know where these 2 other books are, otherwise I will be charged for them which I do not want.
I don't care who took them or for whatever weird reason, but whoever did PLEASE either leave them back in the cabinet or outside my door or mailbox or ANY way I can get them back. Or if whoever took them took them for reading pleasure, just please leave them with me before Tuesday noon, or if you really feel like it, why don't you drop them off at the library yourself for me or something. They're due on May 16th, and I won't be here after Tuesday.
And if you've left already, WITH them, you've basically screwed me over...but whatever, until they're returned, I'm not gonna stop inquiring anyone about them

First Goth club experience = Completely awesome and I wanna do it again.
Web homework for Tuesday = Kind of done, but I've worked on it so much I need a break for a day's time at least.
Color homework for Tuesday (2 projects + 2 homework assignments) = Not even close to done. Haven't exactly gotten the motivation yet....but such is the curse and beauty of procrastination.
3D = Got an A on my creepy marionette, want to touch it up though, should I bring it back Monday?
2nd ever Art History II Test on Wednesday = Not sweating, got highest grade on first one.
Currently = Don't even know....I'm tired but I need to work...I can't decide what to do, but I HAVE decided that I'm not too fond of the phrase "brain fart". Sorry, amusing as it is, I myself just don't like it.
Not much else has happened this past week, 3 classes canceled, nothing major due until Tuesday. I've just been floating along, hardly believing my first year of college is nearly over....
Updates on previous posts: No sign of bikeseat (I'm still a little pissy and annoyed), and absolutely no calls back or reply emails regarding my Scholastics piece...(Also pissy and annoyed at this point....I'm gonna try again til they answer)
